Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom-made or pre-order items may take additional time, which will be mentioned on the product page.

Shipping Time

Standard Shipping (India): 3–7 business days

Express Shipping (India): 1–3 business days (available at extra cost)

International Shipping: 7–14 business days (availability and rates vary by location)

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (within India)

A standard shipping fee applies for orders below ₹999 or for international deliveries

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update with your tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen events. However, we’ll do our best to assist you in case of any issue.

Damaged or Lost Packages
